Use this page to upload PDFs of your students exams who qualify for awards given by ARMTA Edmonton Branch.

NOTE: You should have already submitted your students names & marks using the online registration form before uploading your supporting PDFs.

Use the “Select File” button to add files.
Use the “Upload File” button to submit all your PDF’s at once.

Here are detailed steps to get your student’s PDFs uploaded to ARMTA.

1. You can use any device (phone, tablet, computer) but this is easiest if you use a computer.

2. Login to your RCM or CC account & go to the page with your students exam results posted.

3. Click the “Download PDF” link beside the mark.

4. Depending on the web browser you are using, one of 3 things may happen
-the PDF file will automatically start downloading & be saved to your downloads folder.
-you may get a pop up to view or save the file. Choose save to save it on to your computer.
-the PDF file may open up in a browser window. If you move your mouse around you should see a button show up to download the file to your computer.

5. Once the file is on your computer, you can rename it to your student’s name if you like but do not have to. Normally the downloaded file is named with a bunch of numbers.

6. Use the form above to upload your PDF files.

7. Add your name & email in the boxes.

8. Click the button “Select Files”. A window will pop open for you to find the file on your computer. Once you find it, click on the file to add it to the uploads. (Either double click the file or single click & then then click the “choose” or “select” button. You can click the “Select Files” button again to add more PDFs of all your students exams.

9. Once you are finished adding all your PDF files. click the “Upload File” button.

10. Wait for the uploads to complete. You will see a progress bar & then a green message block saying the file was uploaded successfully. That’s it! You can close this browser window.
